It's special enough to win a conference title, but to do it in a league as ridiculously talented as this one is more special. Three teams in the Top 7 in some polls.

THat game yesterday was as exciting a game as I've been to in any sport in a long time. Two amazingly evenly matched teams, three come-from-behind rallies, one each in the bottom of the seventh and the ninth to extend the game, and head-to-head battles between All-Americans to settle it. Add 1500 screaming fans, not including those who couldn't get a ticket and crammed along the fence to watch, and it was a great day in Waco.

I'll echo your comments, spooky. Although I was watching the video feed, I screamed right alongside those who attended in person. I was very impressed with the Lady Bears toughness and come-back determination.

My daughter's hate the fact that KSU doesn't have softball. They are both heavily into competitive softball and they would love to dream about playing at KSU someday, but they can't because we don't have softball!
