OU Softball Begins Big XII

The OU softball team will play a double-header with Texas Tech in Lubbock today at 5pm and 7pm.

They travel to Austin to take on Texas on Saturday at 1pm and Sunday at Noon.

They will return home to face Central Arkansas at 6pm on Wednesday.

Texas A&M comes to Norman on Saturday for a televised contest on Saturday at 2pm.

Should be a fun Big 12 season. Of the 4-5 teams at the top of the rankings, OU's has a bit of scheduling advantage, getting A&M, Baylor, and Nebraska at home, and only facing Texas on the road. In a race this tight, a little thing like that might make the difference.

They play 2, MPS. A lot of times, they will schedule a game on Saturday and a game on Sunday. During the week, it's 2 games the same day.
