The new forum, as you can see, is up and running. All previous posts and user information have been retained. So, all you have to do to post is simply login using the same login and password you used for the old forum.
That was an interesting adventure updating everything. I've only had time to get it up and running so the look and feel of this new forum may likely change with time. Plus, I'm a bit new to vbulletin software, so I may need to change things in the future.
I'm also setting up an additional forum called "Help with vBulletin" for any questions,comments, or problems you may have with the new forum. vBulletin already comes with extensive help and a FAQ. So please check those first. If still having any trouble, then go to that forum for further help. I'm a novice to this software too, so be aware you may not be able to receive any help from me. Maybe others out there that are experienced with vBulletin can help out.
So, without further delay, enjoy the new board. I know this forum comes with all kinds of extras like calendar software and ability to use polls. In the future (when I have more time), we'll incorporate all the extra goodies. For now, try them out yourself!
Oh, I almost forgot. One very nice thing is the search function with the new forum works just fine. The search utility was broke on the old one, but now you can search for past posts once again!
